Welcome to Duello, a same-room multiplayer language-learning party game ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Duello displays ads (via Google AdMob) to all players. By using the App, you agree to view such ads as part of the service.
All app design, branding, code, and content are owned by the Developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App relies on third-party services (Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, WebSocket/Pusher infrastructure, Google Cloud hosting). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
